It is 100 A.D. Marcus, a 13 year old Roman boy who has just moved to the town of Verulamium from Rome, talks about his life in Britain.
His story tells why his family came to Britain, why the Romans invaded Britain and describes the Boudiccan revolt. He talks about his home and the slaves who work there and his day-to-day life.
